OCEANA was an invitation to practice listening differently—to discover what rises when you stop trying to force the words and instead allow yourself to be carried by the current already moving within you…to reach and explore the depths within that are teeming with life.

About Marrissa Rhodes

Marrissa Rhodes is a licensed psychoanalytic psychotherapist, intuitive energy worker, and lifelong student of the soul who has been reading energy and sensing beneath the surface since childhood. She is also the host of the podcast, Reverence for Rêverie. As an advanced candidate in psychoanalytic training and faculty member at the local Psychoanalytic Institute, Marrissa is committed to making the richness of psychoanalysis more accessible, soulful, and embodied. She works at the deep end of the healing spectrum, honoring both the roots and the sky: how we are shaped in relationship and how we reach toward what calls us next. 

A quiet rebel at heart, Marrissa doesn’t fit molds. She dissolves and reimagines them. Marrissa is an avid reader, a nature lover, and a firm believer in iced lattes. You’ll find her most alive when she’s writing without any rules, listening to the land, or mid-conversation with the Mystery.
