I’ve always been drawn to what lives beneath the surface

the subtle places where meaning hides in gesture, silence, and the spaces between words.

My work lives there too.

It lives in the unseen architecture that shapes how we relate, create, and become.

The work that feels most alive to me finds its pulse where psychology meets soul, where the analytic becomes alchemical, and where your wholeness begins to remember itself.

You see, I believe that beneath every story is an energy that wants to move. Beneath every role is a truth that wants to breathe. And when we listen at that level, something profound begins to happen. Coherence replaces control, and what was fragmented starts to find its form.

This is the space I hold: a living field where the parts of you that have carried, performed, protected, and endured are able to finally rest and reorganize at the deepest levels.

Work With Me
I began this work because I’ve always been fascinated by what remains unresolved in even the most capable among us

I'm intrigued by those quiet spaces between mastery and mystery.

I’ve spent thousands of hours sitting with brilliant, self-aware people just like you — visionaries, leaders, healers, and creatives who have done the work, built the lives, and held space for everyone around them.

Their stories are always luminous with insight. And if you’re here, I know that’s true for you, too. Yet there is a quiet ache beneath the surface. And that ache is the exhaustion of always being the one who could hold it all together.

I recognize that ache because I’ve lived it.

My bones know what it feels like to appear grounded and capable while silently carrying way too fucking much. My heart knows what it is like to lead with clarity, to hold others with steadiness, to achieve what once felt impossible — and still sense that something deeper inside myself is asking to be met.

I created this field for those who are no longer seeking to be fixed or improved, but  remembered and refined, instead. For those who sense that true power emerges not from some imagined state of perfection, but from presence with what is…Right here. Right now.

My work invites the ones who are layers deep into their own inner work — the leaders, healers, creatives and visionaries who recognize their immense responsibility — to experience what happens when they stop doing it all alone.

To create a living field where the most accomplished among us can finally rest, metabolize, and remember. Because I believe that this is the evolution of empowerment: not solely individual ascension, but collective coherence that rises empires led in new ways.

My vision is a world led by people who are no longer performative in their coherence, but embodying it — people whose power comes not from control over, but from presence with.
The kind of people whose depth and magnitude are felt before a word is ever spoken.
The kind of presence that can only be forged by going to the deepest places within yourself… and coming out changed.

When we do this kind of inner alchemy together, the ripple reaches far beyond us. It touches how we love, create, lead, and belong to ourselves, to each other and to the world.

And when we meet in this way, well… something new becomes possible. For you, and for the world that moves through you.

Work With Me

If you’ve ever wondered how someone ends up doing this kind of work— the kind that holds both the psyche and the soul—it isn’t a straight line.

I was trained to be a therapist long before I chose it.

I was brought into a lineage of dysfunction that trained me to read a room before I entered it — to sense what wasn’t being said, to understand people by the electricity in the air around them.
I could feel what others felt before they spoke. I could see patterns, stories, and energy long before I had words for any of it.

And aside from a brief stint where I wanted to work at Walmart because I liked the sound of the register keys, I always said I wanted to be a therapist.

And, eventually, I became one. The kind who could see straight through the surface into the unconscious undercurrent.

I trained in a mostly traditional way: a Master’s in Counseling with an emphasis in Spiritual Formation, then immediately into psychoanalytic training — a depth path most people wait years to take.
The depth has always felt like home for me.
But once I found home, I started to see the walls.

The field I loved, the one that taught me to listen between words, had also been built on silence.
On extraction. On theory so disembodied it sometimes felt like mental masturbation — smart words circling empty space.

I didn’t want to theorize people; I wanted to meet them.

So, while I was learning the language of the unconscious, another process was unfolding.

My mother had died in 2014, and that loss cracked me open in a way I couldn’t have anticipated. Through grief came deconstruction — of religion, of identity, of everything I thought I knew about what’s “real.”

I found energy work, reiki, and quantum science…three doors that turned out to open into the same room. It became clear that what I was already doing as an analyst was also energetic: attuning, balancing, helping people metabolize what their systems couldn’t yet hold.

As I became more embodied myself, I began to sense energy the way some people hear tone: subtle shifts in temperature, vibration, rhythm, flow. At first, I kept this private. But I could feel it working. It offered a kind of fullness and richness to the work that I couldn’t miss.

And yet, every system I entered, I eventually outgrew. Each time I became familiar with the structure, the quiet rebel in me whispered: Now what if we break it open?

I used to hate that part of me. Now she’s the one steering.

Because as much as I love psychoanalysis, I also see its colonial spine; a tradition that reveres intellect but often resists evolution. I didn’t want to burn it all down; I wanted to reimagine it.

So I did.

My work now lives where psyche meets soul — in the liminal space where analysis becomes art, where energy finds language, and where leadership becomes relational, embodied, and alive.

It’s ironic, isn’t it? Psyche literally means soul, and yet Western culture has made it disembodied. In that way, “soul meets soul” is exactly what I’m here for.

This is the paradigm I’m helping to usher in: a psychoanalytic spirituality that speaks to both the scientist and the mystic, to the mind that longs to understand and the body that already knows.

What I’ve built isn’t a method. It’s a living field: a space where the ones who hold it all for others — the leaders, healers, and visionaries — can finally be held themselves.

Where coherence replaces control. Where the feminine and indigenous ways of knowing lead us home.

If any part of my story feels familiar, it isn’t coincidence.
It’s resonance. That quiet recognition that something in you has been asking for a deeper kind of nourishment.

This work isn’t about doing more or fixing what’s missing. It’s about finding the well beneath the striving. The place within you that knows how to replenish itself when given the space to be met.

This is a living field, not a single moment. It’s a space that evolves with you through the ever-changing seasons of your life. Becoming a steady rhythm of reflection, coherence, and renewal.

If you’re ready to be held in that kind of depth, to return to the inner architecture that sustains everything you build going forward, the invitation is open.
