A simple suggestion:
As you move through the summit, notice which conversations stay with you.
You may want to revisit them before joining the Integration Circle, allowing your reflections and questions to naturally take shape. This makes the integration space even more meaningful and personally relevant.

There is nothing you need to do right now.
Simply arrive fully to the summit itself. When something resonates, trust that you’ll have the space to return to it and integrate at your own pace, as often as you'd like.
